By accessing or using Book-a-Hostel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
3. Booking Policies
Hostel Bookings: All bookings made through Book-a-Hostel are subject to availability and confirmation by the hostel owner. We act as an intermediary platform connecting students with hostel owners.
Payments: You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
4. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
(a) infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
(b) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;
(c) contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Book-a-Hostel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
