1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, the first night's fee is non-refundable, but the remaining balance will be refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Deals
Some special offers or discounted rates may be marked as "Non-Refundable". These bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under normal circumstances. Please check the booking details carefully before confirming.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 2-4 business days
- Wallet: Within 24 hours
4. Force Majeure
If your stay is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end or the hostel's end (e.g., property maintenance issues, overbooking, natural disasters), you will be entitled to a 100% full refund immediately, regardless of the time of cancellation.
